This pad Thai is something you need to add to your list. my mom and i have been visiting Thai restaurants from Oshawa all the way through to Windsor as a tradition to find a pad Thai that taste equal to or better than our favorite restaurant that closed down when i was a kid. sadly she passed in 2020 but the tradition continued through my sister and i. Having recently moved to the city from Windsor, i came in with her on a whim and was overwhelmed with the memory of my mom and i eating our first pad Thai together all those years ago. this pad Thai is easily the best I've had in all my experience from hundreds of Thai restaurants spanning from northern Toronto to the most southern part of Windsor. The pad Thai and street style Pad Thai are something our mom would have fallen in love with all over again. this was the best welcome to the city i could have experienced and the perfect home feeling to an unfamiliar place.

Fresh, and the dressing is soooo yummy! I have a red pepper allergy and it's so hard to find a pepper free mango salad. LOVED IT!!
